As our reference desk already had a Yahoo instant messaging account, I continued to use it.
When I went into meebo, I was surprised to see an account for someone I did not recognize. So, I sent a message asking who that person was. Happily, one of our librarians let me know that it was for another of our staff members!
For the time being, I'll continue to use our account that has as its login "refwork."
